• Clear snow from fire hydrants near your home (at least 3 feet around and a path to the street).
• Keep driveways and walkways clear for emergency responders.
• Charge your devices in case of power outages.
• Check on neighbors, especially the elderly or those with special needs.
❌ DON’Ts:
• Don’t block roads with parked cars or snow piles. Emergency vehicles need access!
• Don’t use ovens or grills for heat—this can cause carbon monoxide poisoning.
• Don’t overload electrical outlets when using space heaters.
• Don’t ignore travel advisories—stay off the roads unless essential.
