At Laureldale Fire Rescue, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to the voices behind the headset—our dispatchers.

Every single day, they are the calm in the chaos. From the moment a 911 call comes in, they are gathering critical information, prioritizing emergencies, and getting Police, Fire, and EMS resources moving—often all at the same time. While we’re responding out the door, they’re already working behind the scenes to make sure we have what we need before we even arrive.

They handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure, providing life-saving instructions, coordinating multiple agencies, and staying on the line with callers during some of the worst moments of their lives.

Our dispatchers are the first first responders, and their dedication does not go unnoticed.

From all of us at Laureldale Fire Rescue—thank you for your commitment, your voice, and your service to our community. We couldn’t do this job without you.
