Calls varied from gas leaks, alarms, and wires arcing. Approximately 9:25 am firefighters were dispatched in the area of Pennington Ave for a structure fire. Returning from a previous call Mays Landing firefighters were quick to arrive and control the fire. Engine 33 crew assisted with fire ground operations while Tanker 38 set up with Egg Harbor City Ladder 10. Approximately 6:23 pm Firefighters were dispatched to Burlington Coat Factory for a smell of smoke in the building. Engine 33 arrived and searched the adjoining stores for any hazards. The Township of Hamilton Volunteer Firefighters were busy yesterday and did am amazing job.
